Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is made between the customer ("Buyer") and the tour operator ("Seller") regarding tour booking services.

2. Service Description

The Seller agrees to provide tour services as specified in the booking confirmation.

3. Price and Payment

• Total price is as stated in the booking confirmation
• Payment must be completed before the tour date
• Prices include VAT where applicable

4. Right of Withdrawal

As per consumer protection regulations, the Buyer may cancel within the specified timeframe. Refund policies apply as stated in our Terms of Service.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, Turkish consumer courts have jurisdiction.
