  • No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational challenges.
